Caipirinha
1 box (12 briks or packs) 60 liters of finished product
Prepared to slush Caipirinha
or caipiroska flavour concentrated
(1brik+4l of wáter+Cachaça or Vodka)
Caipirinha/Caipiroska Cocktail Preparation:
Empty the content of the Brik directly into
your
slush ice machine and add 4 litres of very cold
water plus between 1 ½ and 2 bottles of Cachaça
(Caipiroska: replace cachaça with Vodka).
Turn on your slush ice machine and in approx.
35 minutes, the drink will be ready to be served.
